• Listing photos are included to show the design and colors of the item,. Graphics and resolution vary among computer and phone screens, and lighting may differ from photo to photo due to the reflective nature of the laminated surface

•  We make the best effort to replicate the original listing, but since items are handmade they may not be exactly as if they were factory made

MATERIALS

• Images are printed on premium high-quality paper with a high resolution printer for optimal color vibrancy and then laminated

• Covers (Glossy and Matte) and Design Dashboards are laminated/sealed using thick and sturdy 10 mil pouches that keep the artwork vibrant and protected

FINISHING

• Covers and Dashboards come hole punched (and slit, if applicable). Can be un-punched upon request

• Edges come with rounded corners for a clean, finished look

• All items come ready to slip onto your planner

CARE

• To clean, use a damp soft cloth to wipe down gently and let air dry

• Avoid harsh cleaners to keep the laminate clear and smooth

• We offer payment via Paypal or major Debit/Credit cards

PROCESSING

• All orders are Handmade, Made-to-Order and Packaged with care in our little home studio

• Once order/payment is received, there is a processing time of up to 7 business days

• If ordering more than one item in a single order, items will be shipped together

• Orders are carefully packaged to protect the items during shipping

• Your package will arrive in a bright and colorful mailer - you won't miss it, and hopefully it will make you smile immediately

• PLEASE NOTE: we offer an add-on for RUSH PROCESSING that can be purchased. Rush Processing = 1-2 business day

SHIPPING

• Shipping is FREE in the United States

• Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail with Tracking, which takes up to 5 business days for delivery

• When your order is ready a shipping label will be created and your order will be marked as shipped

• A tracking number will be added to your order detail

• We recommend signing up for tracking updates via the USPS website to see the progress of your package as it makes its way to you

• Please understand it is out of our hands once the package is turned over to USPS. We don't have additional information besides what the tracking information provides

• We are not liable for any delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages

• PLEASE NOTE: we offer an add-on for PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING that can be purchased. Priority Mail = 2 business days

Q: Do you offer Covers for the BIG Happy Planner or the Erin Condren Teacher Planner?

A: COVERS in the BIG planner sizes are NOT available at this time, only Design and Functional Dashboards.

Q: What is a Dashboard/Insert for my Planner?

A:  Dashboards are Inserts meant to be used on the inside pages of your Planner. They can be used as a Divider, Placeholder, or just a landing ground for post-it notes. They are smaller in size than Covers, so they don’t stick out from the inside pages of the planner. There are two types of Dashboards:

• Functional Dashboards serve a purpose. For example, a To-Do List, Grocery List, Bills to Pay. These are laminated with 7 mil pouches (slightly thinner than Covers to allow for easier writing)

• Design Dashboards have a nice artwork design, just like covers. Can be used to put post it notes, etc. Use to match your cover design. These are laminated with 10 mil pouches (same thickness as Covers)

Q: What kind of pen is recommended for use on Functional Dashboards/Inserts?

A: We recommend fine point Sharpies.  They write neatly and don’t smear on anything the Dashboard comes in contact with.  Then use a wet wipe, alcohol,  or a Magic Eraser (our favorite), to erase and reuse the Dashboard over and over again
